GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Article 1: General provisions

The commerce site of SNS FOODS (S&S GMBH), VAT BE0696761589, offers its customers the possibility to purchase the products online from the webshop. The present General Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to any order placed by a visitor to this website (“Customer”). When placing an order via the SNS FOOD webshop, the Customer must explicitly accept the present Terms and Conditions. The person hereby agrees to the applicability of the present Terms and Conditions, to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions of the Customer are excluded unless they have been explicitly accepted in writing and in advance by SNS FOOD.

Article 2: Price

All prices mentioned are expressed in EUROS and always include VAT and all other taxes to be paid by the Customer. If delivery, reservation, or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately. Additional postage costs may be charged for shipments to countries outside Belgium. The prices indicated exclusively relate to the items as literally described. Accompanying pictures are used by way of illustration only and may contain elements that are not included in the price.

Article 3: Offer

Despite the fact that the online catalog and the website were created with the utmost care, it is possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind SNS FOODS. In terms of the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, SNS FOODS is only bound by a best-effort obligation. SNS FOODS can in no case be held liable for obvious material, typesetting or printing errors. If the Customer has specific questions about e.g. dimensions, availability, period or method of delivery, we request the Customer to contact our customer service in advance. The offer is valid subject to availability of the product. SNS FOODS cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer is of limited duration or subject to conditions, this is explicitly mentioned in the offer.

Article 4: Online purchases

The Customer completes the online reservation form with his address and invoicing data.

The Customer can choose between the following methods of payment:

• by credit card
• by debit card
• by bank transfer to the following account number: SNS FOOD (S&S GMBH): BE45 3631 7463 4089
• With cash at delivery

Article 5: Delivery and performance of the contract

Items ordered through this webshop are delivered to Belgium, Germany and Netherlands. Delivery either takes place via a shipment company or by us personally depending on the postcode of the shipment. Delivery costs will be paid by us if the shopping costs exceed 100 euros. Extra shipping costs will be charged for a total of under 50 euros.

Our standar delivery time is 2-6 working days depending on the shipping address and total weight of the order. We always try to dispatch order the same day but sometimes (not limited to) packages could be delayed by one of our delivery (transport/courier) partner due to their any internal matter, in this case, no compensation will be given by snsfood and/or any of our partners.

Article 6: Withdrawal or returns

The customer is entitled to withdraw from the order before the products have been shipped out of our warehouses. The customer has a right to return the products within 14 days after the delivery. The product has to be unopened and undamaged for it to be eligible to be returned and the consuming party has to bear the costs of the return shipment. If the products are damaged or in case of wrong product, SNS Foods will accept the responsibility of return costs.

Article 10: Privacy

Responsible for processing, SNS FOODS respects the Belgian Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data. The personal data communicated by you will only be used for the following purposes: Performance of the agreement entered into, processing of the order, shipment (which includes shipping companies). We shall treat your data as confidential information and will never pass them on, rent or sell them to third parties with the exception of shipping companies for the package to be delivered.
